So, say we get the site up by, say, Christmas time, as planned. Who would write something for us? Y'see, the problem is that we need people to write for the new site. Not only that, but they need to be enthusiastic (and yes, I realise how hard it is to be enthusiastic when we haven't had a proper site for over a year). Admittedly, it's difficult to gauge who's willing to do what because I only ever talk to three people from here nowadays, and they're a bunch of layabouts who never get anything done (  ). People still hang around these forums despite the fact that they're almost completely dead, so there must be some people out there who'd like to see us survive or they wouldn't have stuck with us for so long... or so I hope. It's been suggested (by John, I think) that we move over some of the old ByteSized Gaming content, which we still have, to the new site to get things going. This is a good idea. Would anyone be willing to help with that when the time comes? |

If all goes well, this week will be my last week of school for the semester, so I should be available (up until the 20th of Dec., I have a week-long trip).

I can write up a few things. In fact, maybe I'll start writing up a few reviews over the next week or so - I've had some downtime for a change and it looks like the holidays are going to be a bit low-key for us.

Would anyone be willing to help with that when the time comes? I'll do this. When it comes to writing new content, I'm not going to guarantee anything as I've not written anything for well over a year, but I do have a few half-finished articles laying around somewhere that I can have a look into. I might to a Worms Open Warefare 2 review as a follow up to my review of the first game. After that I might also look at importing a game or two to get some reviews of games that other sites wouldn't have covered. |

While I would love to help you guys out, I do not own any portable systems currently. I also have no internet connection outside of work (*checks over shoulder*). Sorry to disappoint. I might be able to help out Rabid if there is more demand for asinine content (see what I did there...).

Arse Now that graph doesn't really show us anything. An arse can be big and black, and tight and firm are a bit redundant. What we really need is some kind of venn diagram with 'ideal' in the middle. I'm willing to write one or two things though I am in no way comitting myself to anything more. Firstly because I'm a layabout who procrastinates a lot and would piss people off if I did, and also because I've got my final semester coming up which includes half of my dissertation, lots of essays and various spanish asignments. Are we looking for very professional stuff, or can it be a bit less so if it's still relevant. Say... an mspaint illustrated journey of the success of the DS. Oh, and if you really want to expand your audience, I could translate articles into spanish, but it wouldn't be perfect by any means and I'd probably end up on some equivelent to engrish.com |
